Neither of us were feeling too flash today so had a bit of quiet one. We took the train down to Munich and were staying in a hostel called The Wombat. A pretty cool place with friendly staff and a great bar.We checked out the Christmas markets by night (since we missed them in Nuremberg), rode a tram, tried mini bratwurst in a bun, drank Gluwein, ate Pomme Frites and enjoyed the pretty Christmas lights.
In the centre square is the most beautiful gothic town hall. It was incredible. Munich is a cool city, I hope we get back there again. But sadly we weren't up for a big night in Munich so headed back to the hostel, Nick had a few drinks in the bar and I pretty much fell asleep in the bar! hehe
